Pleasure, a 49th-Floor Cafe in Sejong's Naseong-dong: City Views and an Ube Latte for Afternoon Coffee

A sky-high cafe I stopped by with an acquaintance after a work meeting. Here's how to get there from the parking lot, what the window seats are like, the affogato and signature drink we ordered, the bakery, and the best time to go.

On the afternoon of September 1, 2026, I visited Pleasure, a cafe in Naseong-dong in Sejong Special Self-Governing City.
I'd just wrapped up a work meeting with an acquaintance, and we dropped in for a quick coffee break. As best I remember, we got there around 3 p.m.

Pleasure is a bakery cafe on the 49th floor of Leaders Foret. That day we ordered an affogato and the cafe's signature drink, the ube latte.

In this post, I'll walk you through the route from the parking lot to the cafe, the 49th-floor interior and window seats, the city views and the lake park side, the drinks we ordered, the bakery, menu recommendations, and the best time to visit.

Getting From the Parking Lot to the 49th Floor

Visitors park in the commercial parking lot for Leaders Foret Complex 2. The lot and Building 205, where the cafe is, are separate from each other, but there are clear signs at every turn, so it was easy to find.

After parking, take the elevator up to the first floor and step outside, and you'll see the entrance to Building 205. Head in where the PLEASURE sign hangs in yellow lettering. A banner beside the door introduces the cafe as "Korea's only 360° panoramic view" and "Korea's tallest bakery cafe."

The directory next to the elevators reads "Sejong Leaders Foret Building 205" and lists PLEASURE BAKERY CAFE on the 49th floor. The same board also shows a different restaurant on the 46th floor. The elevator takes you straight up to 49.

When you step off on 49, a circle of orange light glows on the wall with the CAFE PLEASURE logo in the center. The light has a sunset tone to it, and it instantly felt like we'd arrived.

The Order Counter and Signature Drinks

Large menu screens hang above the counter, listing not only coffee and other drinks but also meals like pasta. In front of the counter stands a row of signs promoting the signature drinks.

Of all the signs, the ones for the ube latte and the ppada coconut (butter coconut) latte caught my eye. The ube latte sign features the phrase "Pleasure secret ube base" alongside an illustration of a purple ube. Ube is a purple yam widely eaten in the Philippines, and it's what turns drinks and desserts that vivid shade of purple.

A Bakery Counter Stocked With Bread Baked In-House

Pleasure runs its own bakery on-site, and it has a reputation as a good spot for bread. The display held croissants, egg tarts, loaves of white bread, bagels, and pretzels on wooden trays. Posters on the wall promoted salt bread and babka. We only ordered drinks that day, so I didn't get to try any of the bread.

The 49th-Floor Interior and Window Seats

With its high ceilings and big windows, the space feels wide open. A large pop-art painting covers one wall, with several tables set out in front of it. The room was comfortable and uncrowded, which made it an easy place to keep talking after our meeting.

The window seats sit right up against floor-to-ceiling glass. Once you sit down, mountains, a river, and apartment complexes spread out below. Even around 3 p.m., when I was there, there were guests in the window seats taking in the view.

The City View Stayed With Me More Than the River View

From here you get a sky view, a river view, and a city view. Of the three, the city view is the one that stuck with me most. Tall apartment towers run in dense rows, with mountain ridgelines unfolding behind them—it was a striking sight.

The windows on the opposite side look out over a lake, a stream, and green parkland. With so much greenery, the mood is quite different from the city view. The river view was lovely too, but personally, the cityscape is what lingered longer in my memory.

An Ube Latte and an Affogato by the Window

Once we set our drinks down on a window-side table, the city view became the backdrop.
In the ube latte, a deep purple ube base streams down through pale lavender milk. I took a sip, and it was delicious. According to the cafe's official description, the ube latte is made by adding milk to its secret ube base, and it's known for a nutty flavor that brings vanilla and nuts to mind, a gentle sweetness, and a creamy texture.
The affogato came in a glass dessert cup, with chocolate sauce and cocoa powder over the ice cream and a decoration stamped with the PLEASURE logo tucked into it. An affogato is an Italian-style dessert drink in which you pour espresso

over ice cream before eating it.

Recommendations From the Menu

First Visit? Go With a Signature Drink
If it's your first time, I'd recommend picking one of the signature drinks. The ube latte, marked "Best" on the menu, is 8,500 won. The fresh-cream ppada coconut latte is 9,000 won. The Blackpink latte, marked "New," is 10,000 won.

If You Love Coffee
An Americano is 6,000 won, and a caffè latte is 7,000 won. The affogato I ordered is 9,000 won. Switching to decaf or adding a shot costs an extra 800 won, and swapping in oat milk is an extra 500 won.

If You'd Rather Skip Coffee
The hallabong (a Jeju citrus) latte and the strawberry vanilla latte, both marked "Best" on the menu, are 8,500 won each. For something tart and refreshing, there's omija (five-flavor berry) ade at 8,500 won and grapefruit ade at 8,000 won. If you want something light, the plain Greek yogurt (9,000 won) is a good choice.

If You're Making a Meal of It
Brunch sets are available only from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Per the discounted prices on the menu, the ricotta cheese salad set is 16,000 won, the arugula shrimp sandwich set is 13,000 won, and the en croûte mushroom soup set is 16,000 won. All three come with an iced Americano.
Pizzas are 26,000 won each. The menu says the dough is made and baked in-house. You can choose from a hot spicy chicken pizza, a barbecue bulgogi pizza, and a shrimp & bacon pizza.

The Best Time to Visit

I went around 3 p.m. and saw the view in clear daylight. It was wonderfully open even during the day, but I had a feeling it would be even better around sunset. Arriving a little before the sun starts to go down, watching the sunset, and then staying on for the night view looked like the ideal window.
The window seats are popular, so if you're timing your visit for sunset, I'd recommend getting there a bit early.

Final Thoughts

Pleasure is a cafe where you can look out over Sejong from 49 floors up. The parking lot and the building are separate, but the signage made it easy to find, and parking was convenient. The interior was comfortable and uncrowded, which made it a good place to talk after a work meeting.
The ube latte was delicious, and the city view stayed with me more than the river view.
Outside the window, sunlight was breaking through the clouds here and there, and the lower edge of the sky had turned faintly golden. Seeing that, I thought the view would be even prettier if you came around sunset, just before the sky really starts to glow.
